This place is good when it’s actually open but it’s almost impossible to ever catch them open. Google has posted hours for their business but it doesn’t seem they follow those hours. The phone number listed isn’t for their business either. Many times I’ve showed up during open hours and there is a sign saying “be right back” with no time or number given. I’ve waited almost 30 min before leaving. Bottom line- good place for eyebrows but not consistent enough to rely on if you’re going to the mall specifically for them.

I went there two months ago and my eyebrows came out amazing! Since then I had to get three different credit cards because I have been charged 6 times randomly for services. I suggest if you go pay in cash. Literally woke up to another charge today. I’m over this place.

Worst eyebrow threading ever . Waste of money . The lady doesn’t even pay attention. The hair was not removed properly and it was so shapeless. Will never visit again. Worst customer service.

Rabi is the absolute BEST!! I’ve been coming to her for several years now, she is quick, professional and does the great job! I have been to several places and use to get my brows waxed but I’ll never go back after finding Rabi and the threading process last much longer. I also have thin eyebrows but I never worry when I go here, I just sit down and let Rabi do her thing. Also note this is the Christiana Mall location.

Rabi Is the best threader in Delaware. she provides excellent service. ilove going to Eyebrow designernand I always Go there When Rabi is there, she's is such a Really Nice girl. she is the best Threader and the Only one I trust to do my Brows.
