This company was the final mile delivery service for a major trucking company. They delivered a product to my home address, and the box was tiny remnants of the original packaging. The parts were falling out of the “box”, and I expressed my concern to the drivers. They assured me that nothing was missing or damaged! The next day I went through the parts and found one major part was very damaged, and another major part was completely missing. Additionally, all the hardware and instructions were also missing! I could hardly believe that when I called the big box store where I had made the purchase and requested a return, that they scheduled the same company to make the pickup! I won’t ever except another delivery from this company.
We were really impressed with Blue Marble. Other delivery services have been totally lacking. We highly recommend themnnJohn & Jeremy were amiable, professional, and extremely efficient. Also easy on the eyes. ud83dude09
