Informative, straight forward staff. Helpful. Quick delivery/set-up by exceptionally competent deliverymen. I, unfortunately, made a bad decision on my selection (no fault on their part) and a resolution for another choice was quick and painless.
Excellent experience start to finish! From a phone call to get more info, to the experience in the showroom, to the delivery, everyone at Home Mattress Center was professional, kind, and helpful. We purchased our mattress on Friday afternoon and it was delivered before 10 AM the next Monday.
Great price and flawless delivery. Helpful staff fit us to just what we needed and never tried to upsell. Highly recommended
We have bought all our mattresses from Home Mattress Center since we moved to Delaware in 2002. All the sales people are very professional and nice. Most recently I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dave. He spent over an hour helping me select a mattress for my daughter's new bed. Unfortunately the bed we bought was a very strange in between size and when the mattress was delivered it was too small. My daughter and I went back to Home Mattress Center to get a bigger mattress. Dave was super nice about the mix up -- even though it was the other company's fault not Home Mattress Center. Not only did we get the mattress we needed the next day, but they did not charge us the delivery/restocking fee they had every right to do.
I like buying from family run places. This is a great one to buy from
