I sent a message to the manager asking for a donation to my classroom because we were in need of a carpet. The manager was so quick to get back to me saying he was willing to help and loved give back to the community! When I arrived, I was kindly greeted and helped immediately with excellent customer service! The show room was clean and so many great options for flooring. I cant thank Michael enough for his donation to my classroom! They have a lifelong customer! :)
I went to airbase a month ago and picked out new flooring. The salesman was very nice. He wrote up my order and said I would be contacted in 2-3 days so someone could come out to measure my rooms. A week later a very nice man came and measured my floors. He said I would be contacted in a day or two with a quote. After 4 days, I called the store. They found my paperwork and said I would be contacted in a day or two. It has been a month and I still haven't heard from them. I paid $35 to get my floors measured and it was suppose to go towards my flooring if I decided to purchase with them. I haven't been given the chance to purchase with them. I feel cheated out of my money. Very bad business practice. Extremely disappointed.nUpdate:the salesman( not a manager) did finally reach out to me. I did not go with this company. I had my floor installed by another company for $1300 cheaper.
Superior service provide by Jose Bazan at Airbase. He was able to guide me in the right direction to pick the perfect flooring for my kitchen. He was professional, helpful and funny! Airbase always has a phenomenal selection of items to pick from. Now, I need a new project! Thanks again Airbase and Jose!
Good selection of carpet. Helpful salesman but their ad for free installation and removal is totally deceptive. Fine print says there is minimum square footage for the promotion but does not specify what that is, so I suppose I should not have been surprised when, of course, my order doesn’t qualify for either. Will be shopping for carpet elsewhere next time
Worked with the kindest salesmen. Lee was incredibly patient, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He could not have been more wonderful to work with. Incredible selection and great prices. We will always come back.
