I can’t figure out how to leave a personal review for one particular employee, but the entire staff was insanely helpful. I was helped by Joseph, who was super patient & got me switched over from Verizon in little time. Painless, easy, and wonderful! Thanks, guys!

Excellent customer service. I've gone to this location since I moved to Delaware in 2016. All the store associates are good but Joe is my favorite. He is very knowledgeable, personable and meticulous with setting up your phone.

If Sprint has become T-Mobile, why doesn't anyone in the store not know how to help a Sprint customer? They told me to go down the street to the Sprint store. GOOGLE messed up too. I asked where's the nearest Sprint store and it gave me T-Mobile.
