Not pleased with the company or the customer service. It's been nearly 6 months as a customer. I bought a brand new phone (with protection plan) that appears defective. To date, I haven't received text; can't synch all email accounts; more than 80% of contacts were randomly discharged from phone; apps don't run properly, etc. Despite updates, network resets and more THE PHONE DOESN'T WORK. Customer service center advises me that I'm eligible to get new phone replaced as it's under warranty. I go to store in Newark Shopping Center. They tell me to go to a store in Wilmington. Next attempt at the specific store in Wilmington, I am then advised that the only staff person who processes such transactions is not scheduled that day. I return today according to the schedule given (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) and woman is off site momentarily... I wait for her return. We discuss matter. She starts the process and then advises that I will receive a refurbished phone plus an added processing fee of $42. NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL!!! I bought a brand new - defective phone - that has been problematic for at least 5 months - still under manufacturers warranty - with an insurance protection plan. And this is the nonsense you get. I want a new phone that works. That's what I paid for. I want someone from the corporate office to contact me and resolve the matter as requested. I will be following-up.

Great time, bo hassle

I love this store people working there are very helpful. They are knowledgeable and try to help customers with their needs. Thank God I switched from verizon I'm paying less and getting a better service. Very satisfied with this store and employees. Love it!! Totally recommend this store.

I went In there today and was lied to twice by two different employees a male and young female . The female was trying to charge me $175 for 4 lines but if you port a number from a different carrier you get up to 4 phones free under a certain price . Then the guy tried to tell me they didn’t have the phone I wanted In stock, after the female went to the back and told me what colors they had in the phone I wanted .

I'm so upset I switched from cricket I have the phone I went for, great area to pay your bills and have lunch ud83dude00✌, I tried to set up Netflix account and I was told by Netflix that the phone I have been used many times and I can't get a free trial, that it is not a new phone ud83eudd14ud83eudd74ud83dude29 I've been screwed by the Latina momma what she sold me a used phone omg.
