Not bad compared to it's former years. Seems like they actually have some form of structure with customer service and security. Coming from a former employee I think that's saying a lot. And I was in and out, bathrooms weren't bad. Pretty good experience.
These 5 stars are for Norman who assisted me with choosing the perfect bike for my height and stylish too! The level of service provided is unparalleled to none. I hope the management team is aware of the top notch service this team member provides daily; I said daily because I’m certain he does this with all his customer interactions.nnThank you Norman! I truly appreciate you.
Nice people (workers). Just needs to be stocked more. Maybe more security. For theft of the store. I haven't had a problem with the customers. I live close so I'm there at least 3 times a month. I'm usually there during the day haven't been there at night. I work in the evenings.
