Macy's

Found exceptional deals today for Christmas gifts. Pretty sure occupancy limit of 2,170 people was exceeded though! Most shoppers were courteous and afforded others reasonable personal space. But there are others that will be disrespectful no matter what. Today was no different.

Great service! Kind and nice people. Bought furniture there and Mr. Brooks who was assisting us did his job very well. We are really appreciate his service. Highly recommend this location.

One of the things I've liked about Macy's is that I can get Ralph Lauren polo shirts there for my teen son. They're his favorite. So even though you sometimes have to pay full price (can't use coupons on this brand) I have been buying them at the Macy's - Christiana Mall because it's super convenient and a nice store. I like the associates in the youth clothing section and they are very patient and helpful. Also, I figured out that they have a returns desk right at an exterior entry point. So returns have been convenient and very efficient which is great because buying clothes for kids is pretty challenging and I end up making a lot of returns trying to figure out what size works for any given item or brand. I'm still giving this store 5 stars but Macy's corporate policy makers get a super thumbs down because there is apparently a new policy that has been implemented this year. No item can be returned if the tags have been removed. That policy is kind of annoying because sometimes determining if you are completely satisfied with an item involves laundering it to see how much the size is affected by the process. I'm paying full price for clothing and complete satisfaction is not included. Lame. One other really great thing about this Macy's is that the ladies who just gave me this information were really sweet, and only slightly incredulous, about my dissatisfaction with the policy! They definitely get two thumbs up for not taking it personally. They must put the best people at the returns desk.
