We had a great experience at the Mattress Firm in Middletown, Delaware. We were in the market for 2 new twin mattresses for my daughters. The first day we came in looking at different styles and prices. Brittany was very helpful and had both of my daughters try out mattresses in my price. We returned a couple of days later to purchase the mattresses. Brittany greeted us and remembered us from the day before. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and box springs and gave us a great deal. Thank you so much you will have our business again!!

We visited Mattress Firm in Middletown Delaware to purchase a new mattress. The General Manager Richie was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We would definitely return for any additional purchases. However, the delivery service was another story. My expectation after purchasing a high end product is to be delivered in the same manner. The delivery men did arrive on time but was in such a hurry, dropping parts on our hardwood floor and no concern for the customer. It was an effort for them to raise the mattress as I saw height was too low, I would recommend further customer service training and listening to the customer,
I went with my mother earlier today to help her with her new mattress purchase. We had a pleasant shopping experience working with Brittany Considine during the process. She was patient and helpful with narrowing the choice down to the ideal selection. The store was also clean and sanitary, following local guidelines during these pandemic times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mattress.
