Went shopping on 9/7/2020 around 5-5:30 pmnJewelry counter woman was very rude and unhelpful.nI witnessed her act very rude to every single customer she saw . Management needs to do a better job at keeping their employees in line . The cashier acted as if us(the customers) were disrupting her from some life or death work while she literally was just moving pieces around in the display?! I personally will not be taking my family back to kohl’s in Middletown due to the disrespect and uncomforted experience I had with this visit. Educate you’re employees that we are coming in to spend money with you’re company preferably over any other, a little bit of respect would be nice ....

I came in to drop off an Amazon return, which was really convenient and easy. This store has a great selection of clearance items, and a really nice assortment of plus sized clothing.

We went 2 days in a row and the sale is out of this world. Yesterday we saved over $200 and today almost $100. #winning
