Reserved a 16 foot truck with lift gate on Monday. Come Saturday the truck was not available. I was forced to travel 20 min further to another location to get a similar truck. Plus they would not let me return the truck to the closer location. Will not reserve with this location again.
If you had something that is too big for a U-Haul then this is definitely the place to go great customer service good running trucks
