We had a great experience! We went there Friday night to get some ideas & browse. We were not pressured, but offered assistance if we wanted it. Nice change from helicopter sales! We returned Sunday to buy what we wanted & had a very smooth experience! I guess the best review is to say: Yes, we would definitely shop here again & recommend it to a friend! Fred S. was nice to deal with! Thank you Fred for all of your assistance! Returned again for more deck furniture & Fred was very helpful once again!! We're loving this place!

Had a very positive experience here. All proper COVID precautions were in place. The salesperson went above and beyond to help me decide on my purchase. He brought a heavy chair and footstool across the store so that I could see everything together. The selection of furniture was great as was the quality.

Today I had the pleasure of calling the Newark, Delaware store and placing an order through Rita Kilgore. Rita was more than helpful!! Not only was she professional, kind and considerate, should took extra time to research products, contact her District Mgr. specifically for answers to questions raised and provided those answers immediately!! She was thorough and did her job very well!! More of a rarity these days when you often feel like many do not!! I would also like to thank her District Mgr. Deborah Mapps who not only provided us with timely information, she went the extra distance and gave me an additional discount!!! What exceptional customer service, thanks to both of you for making the sales experience a pleasure and a bargain!!!

Unfortunately my experience started off well but ended bad. I made 3 visits to the Cherry Hill location and on my third visit decided what patio pieces I wanted to purchase. The sales person told me it was out of stock and she could not if or when it would be reordered. So I decided to go to the Wilmington Delaware location. They had the pieces and were puzzled that we were told they weren't available because Cherry Hill and Wilmington draw from the same warehouse. We didn't save on sales tax because the pieces were being delivered to New Jersey. I ordered 2 love seats but instead a glider was delivered. I ordered a small side table and got a coffee table. I couldn't have been more specific when I told the salesperson I absolutely didn't want a glider (I made a joke how my teenagers would destroy something that rocks or glides).nMy advice - really, really make sure they know what you want. Hopefully you'll get a salesperson who can read the status of their inventory - that way you'll avoid driving to another location and wasting a lot of time.

We went there for deck chair cushions that needed replacing. I was thinking we were going to have to special order the Sunbrella fabric and wait a couple of months however they had some we loved in stock. They were on sale as well, double bonus for us. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I’ve been there before and will continue to go back.
