I stopped by there after the store had closed to pick up an item I had already paid for. I was the annoying customer knocking for special treatment. Some employees were there having a meeting and the very nice man opened the door and helped me out. He didn’t have to but he did and I really appreciated it. Thanks for the kindness.

Every time I have been in this Staples I have been assisted by helpful people who, if they didn't know the answer to any of my many questions, went to get the answer and came back to let me know what it was. I believe this is a reflection on the manager, who lets them know exactly what is expected from them.

Re-staff all positions that hold seniority/authority. The store manager Dave is a sorry excuse for a manager, he refuses to take accountability for anything he's at fault for. Refuses to take responsibility or action agaisnt the severe mistakes his employees make with customers/potential customers. Any complaints or reports you file to that store location, will simply be thrown in the circular bin and you'll be laughed at, cut off, threatened, falsely accused and or charged with a crime you never committed. Then will cry victim when you demand justice, answers, respect, correction, etc. The only way anything will be done is to go directly to corporate with names, dates, incidents, evidence, etc. There's literally 2 open investigations on this store, store manager, and employees who participate in the disgusting acts Dave and Staples allows.nnStaples hires anyone nowadays and are just fine with having no standards and countless locations going down the drain on a daily basis due to the behavior and service or lack thereof that's provided. i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this store. Dave should never be given the opportunity to hold any manager position in any line of business. Alec(x) needs to lose his job for what he's done and certainly shouldn't be granted managerial status until he's much older/mature/WELL TRAINED. Maybe when he grows up and realizes the effect his lies and behavior has on people and himself, he can work his way back up the ladder. Dave and alec(x) have PROVEN numerous times that neither are fit for leading a company, it's employees, or interacting with customers accordingly. It's a shame because everyone underneath manager positions, are great employees who just have bad leaders.nnif you don't want to run the risk of being falsely charged and accused of crimes you haven't committed, don't go to this location. or any staples for that matter.

The employees are present and available to assist. Great varieties of supplies.

Had no issues early in morning . Staff was nice for 08:30 . Location was easy in and out for traffic .
