Went with my 8 year old daughter and Jess was the Best! My daughter had a great time picking out her own mattress and Jess really knew how to connect with her and make her totally comfortable. My rep was very friendly and easy to work with. He brought me to the products I was interested in and did not try to sell me anything over my budget. He also found a way to get me a discount. I would definitely purchase a mattress here again.
Excellent in store service and sales. Fastest delivery I’ve ever had when purchasing a mattress. Delivery was actually early by 20 mins ☺ufe0f. The new mattress was set up and the old one removed in less than 10 minutes. The delivery guys were courtesy, clean and respectful.. I highly recommend mattress firm ud83dude01
I stopped in two weeks ago with my son looking for a few mattresses. Terrence and Mr B were there and were wonderful to work with. I talked through my general budget for the mattresses and they worked with me in that range and didn't try to oversell me. We ended up buying three mattresses. Would definitely recommend to others.
