My entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Danaja was so pleasant and patient with me on the phone in scheduling an appointment to come in and answering all of my questions. When my daughter and I arrived the next day, Cliff was just so accommodating. The customer service that he provided was over the top. I recommend Mattress Warehouse on Concord Pike over all of the competition.
We have been shopping for a mattress. If you know my husband we have been everywhere. John our salesman was not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. We enjoyed our experience. We would recommend Mattress warehouse on Concord pike in Wilmington to everyone.
