They are not badnThey load you within 30 minutes of being in the dock.nThe issue most face is the waiting time to get called into the dock.nIt's not Bay shippers faultnThe load hasn't made it through customs yet. They are at the mercy of customs.nIt is what it isnAnother thing you have to watch out for is the spotted lanternfly. Big fines if one of those catch a ride.
Park outside the gate in space provided, either call their number or walk in to the shipping office. As far as I know they do allow you to park outside the gate along the street overnight. not a lot of special for trucks to move around if they're not ecpecting you.. Every time I've been there to pick up a load, I've been in and out. 15-20mins to load. Very nice people.

In and out. The guys in shipping were nice. Loaded properly so when I went to the scale I could just put it in the money hole and roll!
Very busy w/parking on street only, if you can find it. Must park on street and call in to check for load. Loading is fairly fast. Drop/hook will have paperwork and seal in back of trailer. Pretty dusty place unless it rains...then you get mud. Enough room to maneuver but might challenge rookies.
