Normally I love this place. Employees are helpful and everything I was looking for was in stock today, prices are reasonable. However, I'm not thrilled about customer or employee mask compliance. Too many people taking masks off in store or wearing over mouth, but not nose which entirely defeats the purpose. We're all in this together, I wear my mask to help protect you, please be considerate and do the same so I can be safe too.
I had such a great experience at the Restaurant Store. I have been trying to find a place for a long time because The company I have been shopping at for my commercial supplies has had a rapid decline in customer service. I found my new place! We were greeted when we walked into the door. We must have been asked 4 times by different employees if we needed help with anything. $50 to be a member annually is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place! The cashier over charged me accidentally and the store gave me credit immediately! You will NEVER go to another place again! Austin and Josh were so great! Thank you! You have a customer for life!
Just to let you know I came to the restaurant store or order online that my friend ordered end it wasn’t ready because you have to wait four hours at least for them to get your order together then you send the person to go get it LOL. Well very good service and very professional and sanitized to would recommend the store
Great place staff is always friendly and helpful no matter what they are doing always willing to stop what they are doing to check inventory to help keep your day moving and will even chat for a few minutes thanks guys and girls we appreciate you
