So, I like to give a shout out to a business that does great things, I hate to say anything bad about someone, BUT...when you do me wrong, I am not going to let it go. We purchased a used but in great condition hot tub a few years ago. We hired The Backyard Fun Store LLC to move it so that it was done right. We have been doing business with them ever since, so while we may not have bought our hot tub there, we are still their customers and buy chemicals and stuff from them.nLast year we had a problem with the temperature going really high and again hired them to figure out the problem and fix it. Over a thousand dollars was paid to them and it was never fixed properly. We have contacted them multiple times, they told us the company that made the parts said that the parts were defective but wouldn’t do anything. We reached out to the parts manufacturer and they called us the very next day, they took all of our info and wanted us to have the company that did the repairs call them so they could figure it all out.nWe are getting no cooperation from The Backyard Fun Store and we are really frustrated.nBob from Backyard Fun Store, we sure wish you would rectify this issue! You have been giving us the runaround for weeks now, is this really how you do business?

Outstanding experience with staff and their product knowledge!! They are very customer focused and even came in on their off day to meet with us. On their website it says low price guarantee and there is no one who comes close to their pricing!! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 as the highest I would give them a 12+. Do yourself a favor buy from The Back Yard Fun Store!!!!

The store helped me with a repair on a thirteen year old hot tub. Found the parts. Recommended an electrician to help when the hook up proved difficult. Great service.

Would highly recommend getting a hot tub from the Backyard Fun Store! When Hot tub was ready to be delivered Bob reached out to discuss the best route to deliver the hot tub on my property and requested outdoor photos to be sent. On the day of delivery, Bob texted to let me know they were on route to deliver. Throughout the craning process, Bob and his son had great communication making sure to be mindful of clearing the fence and avoiding bushes. Once hot tub was in place Bob answered all questions about maintenance, balancing chemicals and extended an offer to reach out if any problems occurred when filling the tub. I would rate the experience as 100% customer service for delivery and would recommend others to buy through the Backyard Fun Store!
