Wanted to give 5 stars to Debbie, Bill and Luis (the driver) for helping me move from PA to FL and doing in a timely manner. The care taken to load , move and unload my furniture and personal effects was exceptional. Movers were awesome. I can not think of one thing to complain about.
Terrible experience. They did the old bait and switch on me and gave me a price and then told me I had to pay $1740 MORE when they delivered all of my things to my house, and told me that I would not be getting my things until I paid. My TV was broken, and there were scratches on my coffee table and night stand. I would have rather carried my items on my back one at a time and walked 1120 miles with them and it would have been a better experience. STAY AWAY!!!
