These guys are great. Customer support is always top notch. I got my second eluktronics laptop through ebay but Steve from support still helped me out and helped setup my bios update very quickly even if I didn't buy it new. That says a lot about a company and I am now a forever customer of Eluktronics. Their laptops are just beasts for the price; they make all other brands feel like ripoffs. Thank you and hope to see new products from you guys ud83dude03

WOW Great Service!! This is now twice I have called Eluktronics and Travis W has picked the phone up both times. If I could give 6 stars I would! Extremely friendly and very very well informed. Both times the issue I was having was solved by him, I'm not good with computers but he slowly and patiently walked me through what I needed to do, thank you for having great customer service!

This laptop isn't even a year old and I've have had one too many problems with it. The optane memory went bad as soon as I received it, which wiped the harddrive, they just refunded me the $30, told me it wasn't worth it anyways, then sent me a usb to reinstall windows. The screen is plagued with light bleed and there's an obvious white circle that can be seen through the screen. Now I can't even use the laptop due to a locked black screen and a continuous reboot/freeze. Customer service is slow to respond. This is unacceptable. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I just purchased a barebones laptop from Eluktronics, the NB50TZ, after discovering the platform and the ability to put whatever CPU, ram, and hard drives you want in it. Besides, I love to build computers, and this was an exciting prospect as I wanted to upgrade my main work rig! Even before pulling the trigger on the purchase, I called them 2 times just to ask them questions, and they provided excellent support. When I received the barebones laptop, it was packed with care and a lot of protection. The instructions were clear and I had 0 problems getting it up and running after I received all of the other parts. I wanted to have some backup screws, for peace of mind, so I thought that I had to pay for shipping. I called them and expressed my concern, and to my pleasant surprise they are going to ship out 6 of each type for me free of charge! I highly recommend you purchase from this company.
