Very pleasant experience with the sales person and the delivery guys. My mom needed a new fridge, and they are currently all sold out due to Covid. We are renting one for her for a few months until the one she wants will be available again. The delivery guys could not have been nicer!
I would buy more stuff fromJanelle and Roslynn. They are very helpful and very nice great smile please come and buy anything very great service I love it
Giving this store a rating of 5 stars. The employees, delivery workers and store manager were great. Loved the non-judgemental presence and great customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and good conversation. All questions were answered and the level of professionalism was outstanding. The store is not cluttered and nicely designed. You won't be disappointed if you come to the Newark, DE Store.
