Took my work iPhone 8plus to have a new screen put in. Phone worked great home button work no issues except cracked screen. Took them 1 1/2 hours and they screwed up now the home button no longer works. I’ll never come back here and if you value your phone you won’t either.
Staples Printing was amazing and very professional. They donated flyers to help get the word out on a missing teen from that area, thank yall so much.

Nice employees, everything in reach and so far good customer service, and I believe they are hiring.
I've been to other Staples stores an have felt pressured into buying something. Not sure if the gentleman's name was James or not but he was very professional and courteous. Gave me information that was needed to make a decision on the desk I needed. As a person who works in customer service and sales I feel he was excellent. Even though we couldn't find a desk to my liking the manager Mike stepped in and took the customer service to the next level and went looking in the back for a desk that wasn't on display and well in my budget. People usually only write when they're displeased with service in my case I was definitely pleased with my service and will be doing all my business here.
