The only reason I gave 4 stars as opposed to 5, is the game they originally gave my son did not work and I wish they would have checked it first, as it is not exactly our local store. Other than that, they handled it very professionally and courteously. Being very apologetic and assuring us a working copy was immediately being put up for us. The manager then not only went above and beyond helping us with additional needs, he spent at least ten minutes simply being silly with and entertaining my children after our transaction was complete. And, it certainly wasn't because we spent any significant amount of money there. I wish I could see that kind of unprompted, courteous interaction in any other establishment these days!

I went in to ask many questions for my son about a new game. Manager was extremely busy but took the time to help my Atari minded self. Fully recommend this location for great customer service.
