Sam helped me today and let me just say he was AWESOME. He was so kind and helpful while explaining everything to me step by step while helping me with my phone upgrade. He took the time to compare numbers and prices to show me my options. He also showed me step by step how to access different things within the phone to make my life easier. He made upgrading phones a breeze. I didn’t get the name of the other man working with him today, but they both gave off such a great vibe. I will only be going to this TMobile store location from here on out, after my awesome experience today. Great customer service.

Cassandra helped me out today. I came in from a different carrier and had a horrible recent experience. She was absolutely amazing and made my whole entire experience amazing. She is so personable, you can tell she genuinely cares for her customers and wants them to be satisfied in every way before leaving the store. Absolutely, 100% pleasantly surprised. Can’t wait to start this Journey with TMobile!

Lydell and Jhmeer helped me today and they had the best customer service. I recently upgraded my Iphone but was not able to make calls or text , they were on the phone with Sprint for over an hour helping me and getting my phone fixed! I am so happy that Sprint is with T-Mobile because their customer service was the best I have ever experience at a phone store. Thank you!

I am a new T-Mobile customer and was looking for some support with our 4 new phones. I first visited the 2 stores on Kirkwood Hwy. and they were not very helpful. I decided to stop into this store in Newark and was immediately helped by Cassandra and Jayy, even though I did not buy my phones from them. Now that is good customer service. In the future when I upgrade my phones or add lines I will be heading right to their store. I highly recommend this store in Newark for the best customer service.

Revised: A follow up phone call from tmobile management rectified the situation and they were very helpful and supportive.nnOriginal complaint: I'd have to say that my sales expert, a female, had a very unwelcoming attitude. She definitely seems to not want to be working today. I hope today's an exception and not her everyday attitude. If I come back here id rather wait for someone else. Sheesh!
