Hands down best studio in Delaware. Wouldn’t record anywhere else. Better than a lot of Philly rec studios in my opinion. One of the most important aspects of recording music is feeling comfortable and honesty and that’s what you get here. And it’s what sets them apart from Philly studios that just want to bring in your money and churn out a quick mix. Highly recommend.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to record in a studio yet, Occupy is the perfect place to start. They have such a great atmosphere that seems to easily inspire creativity. Looking forward to recording my next project with them.

Occupy Studio is the hidden gem of the Delaware music scene. It's a stylish, out-of-the-way spot that offers high quality recording, mixing, mastering, and production services at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is comfortable and intimate and the staff is incredibly friendly -- it gives you a bedroom studio feel but with professional grade equipment and top-notch engineers. I've met so many talented artists through the network at Occupy and I've learned so much about my own sound from working with them. Each session is focused on what YOU want to accomplish with YOUR time, the artist is really in control of their experience which is something I love. Every session I leave with a clean mix and a little more confidence in my craft. Regardless of your previous recording experience or the genre you fit in, Occupy is the place to be. All of the engineers are passionate about what they do and love what they do -- which shows in their work. If you're in the DE/PA/MD area I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Moved to this area from Chicago and was hoping I’d find a quality studio around here. Occupy surpassed my expectations, it’s evident that they care about their clients and always do whatever they can to make our visions come to life. Talented staff of engineers across the board and very accommodating. Stop thinking about it and book ya session ASAP!

The team at Occupy are not only skilled at what they do, but they are great people too. As a studio they go above and beyond, and they are always looking to help local artists in any way that they can, as well as bring local artists together to network and collaborate.
