Insomnia Cookies

This is my first time here and the reviews are correct about the service. Not a pleasant experience at all. In regards to the cookies, I don't taste anything that makes me want to say these are 5 star. I don't think they are worth the price and add in the service given I definitely feel this is a 2 star place. I can say you will find better options at a grocery store or a legit bakery

Absolutely unacceptable how awful the customer service is. They forgot half my order which I understand happens but when we went in and asked for the rest of our order they laughed at us and didn’t even apologize. The employee was on her phone the entire time and I guess she thought it was a joke or something but I found it so rude and unacceptable. I absolutely will never drive 45+ minutes for this ever again. You lost a loyal customer

Great cookies. Awesome hours. Covid restrictions makes sense since its pretty small (only 2 customers inside at once). Staff is hit or miss, somedays the staff is great and others you can tell that the staff would much rather be somewhere else. It happens ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

The girl with the braids doesn’t answer the phone for orders. When I walked in she was not nice and she doesn’t greet customers. When it was my time to order she had an attitude. When I got into my car to eat my cookies they were nasty and mushy. I will not visit this location again.
