Erika and her products have transformed my skin. Her simple regime helps clear my skin quickly. I love the gentle $10 bar of soap - it’s amazing for daily use. I love her face masks they truly make your skin feel fresh and clean after use! I also use the liquid makeup foundation and it’s light yet provides a great coverage and doesn’t block your pores and cause breakouts.

Awful. This is a facial spa that is trying to pass themselves off as something more. If you are serious about your skin condition then go to a doctor. Overpriced to say the least and the owner portrays her treatments as something more than just facial cleansers.

Erika's science background allows her to approach skin care from a perspective not often found in this industry. She is a knowledgeable provider of no nonsense therapies that work to improve your skin. Her New Castle location is beautiful and clean. Her manner is low key and low pressure, which I appreciate. I look forward to visiting her Chadds Ford location. Highly recommended.

Erica took the time to discuss my concerns with my skin, medical history, beauty routine, etc. in order to select the best skin car options for me and my skin issues. The office was clean and very relaxing, Erica explained each step in the treatment process, from what the product was made of to what the product was going to do for my skin. Erica recommended products to purchase, but I was not never made to feel pressured to buy them. She gave step by step instructions on how to use the products and the amount to use. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Fresh Faced Skin Care and am looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.
