Thank you for always taking great care of us. We come in with LOTS of hair between the 3 of us and you never complain!nnYour stylist Stephen is in a class all his own. My rocker son won't let anyone touch his long hair but Stephen. He was able to fit him in at last minute before a big performance. Stephen knew what my son needed before we even spoke to him. It's like he has magic scissors. I can't properly explain it unless you experience it. THANK YOU for putting a smile on my son's face!nnYou provide professional care and thoughtful recommendations. My husband and I frequent this establishment as we love to treat ourselves to couples massages. We love this place, however the last appointment we tried to make things got a little rocky. I called and the receptionist had issues understanding what I wanted to book, then because it was Valentine's day they were running specials and it took several days for them to finally email me the flyers of the specials. Finally I called and booked the appointment requesting a certain massage therapist that we prefer. They said we were good and I would receive a text that day confirming the appointment, three days went by and I called back since I never received confirmation. When I called they said we were all set. Three days later they called to adjust the appointment as the person we wanted wouldn't be in that day. Four days later they called back to change the appointment again. I was not happy with all of the changes and frankly was very frustrated with the entire situation. It was also very out if character of the organization as we had never experienced these problems in the past. The day came for the appointment and things couldn't have gone better. The owner and spa manager and massage therapist had heard about all of our issued and did everything in their power to make up for the issues and make our day extra special. They provided a cheese and chocolate platter, they discounted our service and also bought us lunch on them to apologize for a of the inconveniences. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the service and all of their extra efforts to make up for the issues. We left very happy and excited to return again soon. This company provided extra customer service and it was greatly appreciated. We understand things can happen, but they did the right thing by going above and beyond to make our experience memorable to the point that we completely forgot about all of the appointment confusion. Great job and we appreciate you and your team. We will be back soon!

Due to the shut down I've been doing my own hair (DISASTER!!!) I wasn't sure anyone would be able to save my hair. I was prepared to have it all chopped off and start over. But no, Lesia worked a miracle! Not only did my hair look great, it's probably the best hair cut and color I've ever had in my life!! Drop the Mike wonderful!! If Lesia moves out of the state, I will find her because I don't want anyone else to touch my hair! The owner was very actively involved and the customer service was awesome. Price was great for what I had done and in fact, it enabled me to leave a well deserved better than normal tip to the amazing Lesia. Go to this Salon...you will not regret it!!!! Kristie Loritz

Very nice place. Was happy with my manicure from Luldes. I typically go to Currie Day Spa because it's so close to where I live, but in a pinch I would definitely go to Cielo again.
