Penske Truck Rental

They are NOT open 24 hrs. They are a 24 hr gas station and we drove 1/2 hr just to add a driver and was told no one is there to do it. Call before!

Tiny lot, guy was pulling truck out of parking spot and clipped another truck with the back end of the Penske truck i was about to rent. They never handed me my drivers license back before I left in the rental truck. Friend had to go back and pick it up for me (that was touble on its own). They made me repump the diesel because I was less than a gallon short (was not filled to the point where it was almost overflowing). Will not deal with this place again. Only reason I had to was because the location in New Castle (who has great service) did not have the truck at their location.
