This is my third purchase from this store. We walked on on a Sunday afternoon, the store was packed, and only 1 salesperson was working. He knew what he was doing...he was able to assist every single customer without getting flustered. My wife and I told him what we were looking for. Within minutes he helped us pick out the perfect mattress, ring us up, and set up delivery. Our new bed arrived yesterday, just like it was supposed to. The delivery guys set it up and removed our old bed as promised. Calling last night the best sleep I had in years would be an understatement. THANKS AGAIN!!!
I went to the Kirkwood Highway store & Danielle Starkey assisted me with my purchase. She explained everything to me and was very nice and pleasant. My shopping experience was excellent. I left happy with my purchase.
While shopping for a new mattress I visited several Mattress Firm locations, and all sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jess went above and beyond to help me choose the most comfortable one at a price that was perfect for my budget. Highly recommend!
We were very pleased with our sales associate, Kurt. He was very informative about mattresses. He helped us get the very best price. Hopefully set up, delivery and take away will be just as pleasant! Not all places give you take away of your old mattress, so we were very pleased about that too.
Exception customer service provided by Garey! This guy is top notch. He spent 2 hours with us was very patient and was extremely informative. He walked us through how to test different beds and styles. Garey was very pleasant and a wealth of knowledge to help us find exactly what we needed to fit our needs. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm and especially Garey!
