I bought 16 leather recliners for my office complex and they were all delivered on time and in fantastic condition. The salesman George was the most professional salesman I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. We need more like George who takes his job seriously with lots of integrity. Overall Cohen's is still the best in the business!

If I could give this furniture store is 0 Stars I would. I purchased a couch and was told it would come in the second week in October a week later I get a call telling me it won't be in until the end of November. I understand with covid-19 things take longer I told them I would call them back to let them know if I wanted a refund or if I was going to wait for my furniture to arrive. I tried to call the manager Waseem for 5 days once I figured out what I was going to do which was keep my furniture and wait for it to come in even though I had already given my old set away.. I tried to call him as I said for 5 days and he would not call me back. I then drove to the store to let him know and his attitude was absolutely horrible and he told me he doesn't have time to call customers back. There's absolutely no customers in the store but he's too busy right? So instead of waiting until November for my furniture to come in I completely canceled my order and got a refund. If you don't have time to call customers back or have one of your Associates call customers back who are just sitting in the store talking to each other then you shouldn't be in customer service. If you buy from the store be prepared not to get help if you ever have a problem with your furniture or an order.

This place is a joke, they give you false promises and never return phone calls. I purchased a bedroom set on 5/3 and have yet to get all the pieces. I’m usually not one to complain but they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely would never purchase anything from here.

Our sales associate was George from Rt.13 New Castle, DE office.nCohen's Furniture has plenty of options to choose from. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you.nGeorge was very honest, up front and personable. He truly cared about my families needs and we never felt rushed or pressured.
