A lot of out of stocks.
Redoing my daughter room. Louis has everything I need.
Ordered freezer and decided to try curbside pickup. I used the app to let them know I was coming as it suggested . Then let them know I was there when I found a spot. Sat for 15 minutes and no one brought my item out. Called in to store and they said that someone was getting my item. Finally came out. Item could not fit, which was not their fault, so I asked to cancel and I would go home and reorder with delivery since I was not able to switch to delivery. I was assured it would be cancelled. Went home to order again and checked cancelled order. It said it was picked up. So I had to call main cs to have it fixed or I would never have gotten my refund. Only reason I gave two stars and not one is the gentleman who helped me was nice.
They really need help with the whole checking out portion of the visit. This store like many other kinds of stores really needs management to do their job and dictate to their subordinates
Was looking for a sliding patio door panel. Representative Dave was very patient and help and doing his best to find the one that I need. The other younger representative was also great.
