I live in the beautiful residential neighborhood that this store is located in. I have walked passed 100s of times never to see anyone there. There is a nice flag I wanted to buy for my den. - I think they use this business as a parking spot because there is almost always cars parked in their spots with nobody inside.
Took 5 months and 6-8 phone calls to get 1 of 2 maps ordered. When the map arrived, it was actually a county chamber of commerce map laminated rather than the metro area requested. On my subsequent and last call, I was told the second map would NOT be coming as they were out of business. I can tell why.
These people are the worst don't ever buy anything from them. If they had negative stars I would give them a negative -5
I ordered maps from this company. The wrong maps were sent to me. The packaging looked like a child packed it. I wasn't told that the two maps would be $207.00 when the face value on the maps was $50.00. I had called the number on an old Hagstrom map that I had, I asked the person that answered the phone if this was The Hagstrom Map Co, they said they were The Hagstrom Map Company. I returned the maps immediately. It took 10 days to receive a credit and then I was told there was a 20% restocking fee. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.
Order equipment from these people, worst decision ever! They will lie and do anything to make a buck, very dishonest. They shipped my item and lied about it working or ever testing it. Their idea of making it right was me spending more money with them, no thanks! Do NOT Trust!
