Wasn’t sure what to expect for our first time there, but Wow! Big Dave was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and frames and made sure we got the best mattress for our needs. Dave went out of his way to get our order ready and delivered in the same day. (We went in at 10 and had delivery by 4:15). Dave was able to accommodate last minute changes in sizing when we requested last minute as well. Highly recommend!
TOTALLY RECOMMEND! My husband and I were googling places to buy a new mattress, my husband is a big believer in great reviews and reading people's experiences and we were so excited to schedule an appointment after reading all these wonderful remarks. My husband booked an appointment and Big Dave (who was very busy with business, running a couple of shops) met us and took the time to figure out what we needed in a mattress to fit our needs. Saturday was our appointment and Monday afternoon they had our new mattress to us! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
