They listen to their customers wants and needs and place them with the correct pieces of furniture for their budget.nnThey did not try to pressure sale us. They did not try to upsell us. Honestly, every change we made we were told immediately how that change would effect the budget we had. In the end we upsold ourselves because we really liked on of their fabric selections, and they have many to choose from.nnThe sale was not quick and we were not rushed, but we were sure that by the time we left we had the furniture pieces we needed for the space we have.nnI am very pleased with Pala Bros. and would recommend them to anyone in the market for quality furniture at a reasonable price.

Huge selection of high quality furniture. And if they don't have it they'll help you look through catalogs and order it. They were very friendly and very helpful. no pressure or strong sales tactics like you might find at other stores. This is definitely the place to go.

If you want to support a small business with amazing Customer service this is the place for you. This furniture is a buy it for life place. Expect to pay the buy it for life price tag. You won’t be disappointed. It’s literally amazing the comfort, customization and knowledge of the staff is top knotch. Definitely worth a stop! It was above our price range but we couldn’t recommend it enough.
