Excellent Customer Service. Very Fast and Reliable. My phone was dropped in water and the technician was able to save it and had it up and running the next day. Thanks 1 Stop, I really needed all the info and memories that was saved one my phone

amazing people but my phone was acting up the next day I am grateful for their help though they honestly tried

1 Stop was a waste of time and money. I went there to get my phone unlocked the ETA was 3 days max try two weeks. After my phone was supposedly unlocked I was forced to get my service from there because he couldn't get my phone to work without a carrier. Oh before I forget I picked up my phone he said it was ready to go until I got to my car and the was no sim card in my phone. I went back in there and stayed at least two hrs to get my phone working mind you my wife had to go to the bathroom. At this point I was livid but I kept my cool. All together I paid 125 in all for service I didn't want and to have my phone unlocked. To make a long story short I am back at sprint where I started because att service sucks. All of that for nothing thank you 1 Stop. Wouldn't let me not give 1 star here doesn't deserve it. What's so funny is after all that he asked my wife did she want to get her phone unlocked lol she said no thank you and we left.nnWow didn't know we lie now my bill is and was paid then but I know you have to save face but I urge people to utilize your services and let them see for themselves. Sprint actually gave me a 100.00 dollar credit to come back so they actually paid me back what I just freely gave you. And since we talking greasy take care of your children and don't let them walk around your establishment with sagging dirty diapers.
