The location was empty so I get that the employee was on their phone. I politely asked if she could pay attention as I have had issues with my debit card. She refused to put it down and told me she was paying attention. Normally I dont do this but it is the truth...
Wow such amazing customer service, out of all the metro stores here in Delaware this is by far the best store I have been in... The team work is outstanding... And there deals are unbelievable I mean at first I thought it was high price but when I seen the actual numbers and the quality of everything they were given its worth it.... I will definitely refer everyone to this store... thank you so much #team4thst me and my son should be stopping again soon...
This place was usually good with customer service and all but not recently... Example today is Sunday and they're open from 11am to 5pm... It's 3pm and the girl saw me coming up the steps... She just locked the door and went to the back. I'm knocking but got no answer. I believe shevwas beginning too lock up early but it would have been nice of her to say something!
Best experience ever. I got a phone and added a line with a bundle deal all for a affordable price now I have extra money for my satisfaction .
