Customer service at the Prices Corner, Wilmington location is ALWAYS excellent at this GameStop! Manager Dave knows his stuff and I always enjoy his game advice! The other staff are awesome as well.nnI only wish GameStop corporate would go back to displaying all the games where you can actually browse and look at them! All the corny canadvert displays are not why I go to GameStop
As always the Prices Corner gamestop had excellent customer service and staff is beyond knowledgeable. I recommend that all gamers in the area use this location as their home store.
Just went there to reserve the PS5. Was told that you need to do it in person but one of the associated was reserving them on the phone for customers with cash app. My turn came up and they told me they were sold out cause they literally just sold the last one OVER THE PHONE VIA CASH APP. Meanwhile the asst manager Justus was standing right there and allowed that associate to do that.
They have beyond excellent customer service at this location! Justus and Megan were both super knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They made my visit very pleasant and the transaction went smooth and quick. I highly recommend this GameStop.
Horrible experience!! Do not shop here!!nPurchased a new controller online to pick up at this location for $59.99. This store gave me a used scratched up controller, when I returned and advised them the controller was used and scratched up, they said, that's all we had, then told me they couldn't do anything about it until the Governor lifts the COVID19 restrictions.nReally?nBut you sold me a used item that could have COVID19 on it.. SMHnThis is deseptive. Selling old items as new.
