I went in to look at the iPhone 7 32GB switchover offer but I guess I mattered less than the Telemundo that the person behind the counter was watching. BTW it makes no sense whatsoever that you can switch your phone number into an iPhone 7 for $100, but if you just buy a new line it will be $250. This is iPhone 7 - Apple is on iPhone 11. I can buy a brand new unlocked iPhone 7 128 GB on eBay for $150 - which is what I did - and it won’t be powered by MetroPCS anytime ever!

Very clean place. Only had one person working, so we had to wait a bit for her to finish up with another customer. But not too long.

The person helping us out at this particular Metro was rude and not informative. All my questions were answered as if I should already know the answers and after repeating my question again I was given the same uninformed answer. Maybe I need to apply for a job there so I know the answers, Jaja. NOT. Sales clerk needs to have better people skills maybe trainingnnThis was the second time i had been there and it was the same clerk same attitude and it had been 4 months inbetween.

Very Very great experience. Out of their way to help you. 100% better than Verizon and 1/3 the cost per month.
