This place is terrible, just TERRIBLE! First, they made us wait 20 minutes for a sandwich, oatmeal latte, and a chocolate chip muffin. The oatmeal latte was entirely too sweet, and the sandwich looked like they were playing flying disc with the sandwich, and it was poorly described. A bacon sandwich was expected, not a bacon and egg sandwich. The muffin was ok, but the wait time for those three simple things was ludicrous. There were 4 employees, but it shouldn’t have taken that long, and they were way over their heads when the cup of tips said, “Graditudies for exceptional service” No, the service was garbage, and will not go here again.

Not only did they get my order wrong, he took the cup I had ALREADY drink from and REFILLED it! I told him with Covid he shouldn't do that and he just looked at me weird. This is the SECOND time I've had a Covid issue with this place, they won't get a 3rd!!

Right next to Starbucks, which is more expensive and not much different in quality of coffee. Dunkin doughnuts is priced better. Employees are quick and friendly.

This place has an awesome atmosphere. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.
