Panera Bread

Panera forgot items in my order. In fact my whole meal order was missing while my daughter's was there. Didn't realize until I got home. They did offer to credit my order though. This is the second time I've had issues so they need to do better quality check on orders

What a poorly run location! From pulling into the parking lot, everything about this location was a mess. Order wasn't even started yet, even though I arrived after my stated time. So many people wondering where their food is. They also didn't put in every item we paid for, so had to call to get a refund. Don't go to this location if you want a smooth curbside experience. Not to mention this place looks like it's a COVID nightmare. Do go in if you want to feel comfortable. The extra star is only for the girl that handed me my food finally, she was nice.

I dont go to PB often because...nJust got the mix n match soup and salad. Taste was pretty good but portions suck for the price. Oh and I got the wrong soup.. didn't realize until I got home. ...I knew there was a reason I don't eat there.

The sandwich was awesome! I had to turkey with avocado. But the chicken noodle soup wasn't very good at all.
