T-Mobile

Everyone here is super friendly. I have bought 3 phones over the last 2 years from this location and have always left with all of my content transferred and my phone working. They always check my bill to see if i can get a better rate plan. No pushy sales people they actually try to help you find the phone and plan that works for you.

My experience here was not pleasant. Customer care representative offered me no solution to take care of my SD card corruption issue. No options or anyway to help except go home and look for the cables for my phone. Then put it on your computer... Inept workers sitting in the parking lot in a car instead of the store. Why T mobile do you punish us this way?

Very knowledgeable and personable not pushy to buy

The staff at this T-Mobile store are incredibly kind, patient and eager to help. I highly recommend going to this store for all of your cellular needs. If you're not a T-Mobile customer already, I would suggest switching over to them. They are great.
