BEWARE!! I would recommend avoiding this location and the other Smyrna location on Stadium Rd. Horrible customer service, stale donuts (assuming they get your order right), coffee is hit or miss, but usually miss. And good luck if you think you're gonna let management know. They could care less and don't return phone calls.nnIf you decide to not heed this warning, then make sure you get a receipt to complete a survey. That's pretty much the only way to get anyone's attention there and they purposely don't give out the receipts, because they know they give horrible service and don't want you to tell on them, so make sure you ask for it.

Amanda was not really nice. Also she didn’t use a napkin to put my donuts in the bag ud83eudd22 her hands were dirty. I saw she was cleaning and holding money in them before touching my donuts ud83dude22nSo, I’m not sure if I’m gonna eat them...

They are so slow and just taking there goodnold time
