We can’t thank Mary Alice, at the Camden store, enough for her help in making our decision to order the furniture for our great room. We walked into the store not knowing what we really wanted or how to decorate our room and she took the time to get every detail of our room asking for colors and measurements and she was so patient and she truly showed that she cared and wanted to make sure we were very happy with our purchase. She is a huge asset to Johnny Janosik as we have never had someone with her knowledge and expertise before. You have a customer for life as we will not go any where else to buy furniture. She made the experience enjoyable and we can’t wait until our furniture arrives!

This was our second time working with Frank Corsey and he was even better than last time.My wife and I were undecided on living room/ den furniture so we needed a couple days to review our decision, not only was Frank more than patient but he went above and beyond with helping us find the correct options for us.We appreciate his professionalism and demeanor as he again showed why I believe his service to be top notch. I hate shopping. I know I needed a recliner but I feared simply viewing these things online was going to do it for me. I came into the store with some trepidation. I thought I knew what I wanted, but where to begin? I was greeted by an employee who was not pushy in the least, but who had a plan to help me find what I needed. Within an hour I had settled most decisively upon the chair that was going to meet my needs. Some of these needs I did not know about before (such as lumbar support). I left very happy with my purchase and less resentful of shopping. Many thanks to Ethel who helped make the experience so pleasant.

Future customers beware. However friendly the staff are that helped me, They will exclude certain information for a sale. Here is some of this info. If you order a custom piece of furniture , they have no idea when it will be ready for you even though they give you a time frame. Also they will not issue a refund for custom ordered pieces, even if it never shows up. Just be aware that you may have to wait a time unknown to anyone to receive your order.
