Mattress Firm Dover

Just moved to a new home and I've been having trouble getting what I need. FORTUNATELY, I went into Mattress Firm in Dover DE today to hear about there Black Friday deals and was immediately greeted by Roy S. and he was SOOOOOO knowledgeable and informative. His demonstration and explanation about the products made it easy for me to make my decision to buy all my mattresses and boxsprings from Roy today...Grateful he made this crazy move so easy for me. Tommy at the Camden and Dover store is excellent. He took a lot of time with me to select the right item. The delivery process was awesome with lots of text communication and phone calls so I wasn’t waiting around all day. As well, I was unhappy with something I selected (my fault) and it was changed and redelivered with no issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Loved this location! My partner and I were nervous going in - not sure what we would be able to afford if anything. Cynthia really helped us out and helped us find the best deal. Best experience I’ve had in a store like this. Thank you Cynthia!!

Mattress Firm Representative Brittany provided me with great customer service from the moment I walked through the doors. Every question I asked was answered with knowledge and facts to educate me on each bed product. The store was clean and I was provided pillow protector for trying out beds. Great customer service is hard to find but not here!!!

Ms Cynthia was wonderful from the time I walked in the door she greeted me with a smile. Our need/want was very specific however she was able to work with us on every aspect of the transaction. We left as very pleased customer. I would not consider taking my business anywhere else.
