This store is AMAZING! Every time I come into this location they are always so quick to answer all of my questions and even take the time to walk through basic device usage. Alex usually helps me whenever I come in and she is wonderful!!! The others who work here Tye and Tara are great as well.5 stars for me! Highly recommend.

My husband ended up here on 10/19/2020 due to needing to replace his phone. He originally went to the Dover Verizon store and was turned away because they are doing “drive up only”, well the customer experience was fine. The store didn’t have the device he wanted, so he chose something of lower quality, being told that that item was never available in stores, however, they refused to take full price payment for the device forcing him to put the device on a service plan, and then unknown to us, enrolled him into a 17.99 a month device insurance plan. I would not recommend this store to anyone as the sales experience was shady at best.

Jake from Verizon was great! Helped me and my fiancé combine our phone plans and answered any random questions along the way. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

Jake made my experience go very fast and easy! And I am not talking about Jake from State Farm although he did have khakis on! I am talking about Jake from the Camden Verizon.

Forget Jake from Statefarm, Jake from Verizon is where it's at! Same khakis, but service unparalleled. Helped combine my phone plan with my fiancée, transfer all of our photos and data, set up our brand new phones and all in a timely manner. Best experience with any customer service representative ever. 10/10 always coming back and requesting Jake.
