I have been impressed with Rahul Patel's professional mannerisms. I learned about Mr. Patel's expertise while he worked at the Verizon store in Harrington, DE. I am happy for his transfer up to Dover as the drive is much shorter in distance, and I'm sure that his expertise with cell phones allows him to serve the many customers in Kent County. Mr. Patel is very knowledgeable with handling various cell phone questions that puts me to ease. As well he has a wonderful, calm disposition. I am not as up to date on technology as others, but he always has a very positive approach which allows me to leave knowing I learned something new on the cell phone. He's a very good asset to Verizon in a very needed area for his product knowledge and professionalism. Thank you for your service today!
I had the best experience with Lamar along side help with Shiv. Very accommodating and pleasant. Purchased a family plan of 5 with a breeze. I just showed my ID and the rest Lamar made sure we had everything and ready to leave the store. Highly recommend their service and expertise on devices. They will not steer you wrong.
Great experience picking up a new phone from this store. My old phone was barely functional and Lamar went above and beyond to get the old phone working to transfer my information over. Five star service. Fully recommend this store and Lamar for anyone’s Verizon product and service needs.
Tyler and Nick went out of their way to find menAn iPhone 11 Pro Max. After finding out they didn’t have one in store, Tyler didn’t give up and called me back after they found one. Then Nick drove 45 min to pick it up. Amazing customer service. I will never go anywhere else for my Verizon wireless needs.
