Worst customer service. I had money taken out of my account multiple times. Do not ever go with them and service sucks

Brandon was an amazing help at the Dover mall! He gave me the best customer service I’ve had with sprint and changed my whole outlook for sprint! Outstanding young man with outstanding service! Keep up the great work with your training of these gentle men! Thank you again.

Well I see there are very positive experiences at this store but the young men today were atrocious. First when they opened the doors neither of them greeted the customers. We went to the first guy on the right and the lady behind me said can I go first since I was here first meanwhile the other guy is just sitting down behind the counter not saying anything and said to the woman there's two of them working then the guy finally says I can help you down here. No eye contact or greeting from either one. All we got was what can I do for you...we explained we needed our new phones activated. He took the phones did whatever he needed to do to activate th, handed back, said they're all done. No other communication never offered to help us transfer info just told us to get the app Move to iOS. So now we are sat here at home totally confused. We even went to Best Buy to purchase cases and they tried to help us and asked us why the Sprint guys didn't help us with this. They were the most unprofessional customer service people we've had in a while so shame on them for making sprint look bad!

For over 24 hours I was fighting with sprint customer help over the phone and on chat to get my phone fixed... in a last call for help I called this store to see if there was any way I could get a new SIM card from them rather than having to wait 5 days to get one sent or drive all the way up to Wilmington. I was lucky enough to have DJ answer the phone! He was a complete life saver and relieved all my stress by helping me out. He gave me options over the phone of how to fix it and assured he could help. When I went into the store he worked with me to upgrade my phone for a small monthly difference. Before talking to DJ I had an unusable phone and had spent hours frustrated with nothing getting better, after talking to DJ I left with a brand new iPhone XS! This was some of the best customer service I have received in any type of business!! DJ is the ideal picture of how a customer service representative should be. He was kind, friendly, and so willing to help! 10 out of 10 recommend going to this store and asking for DJ!!!
