Best Buy

When my wife and I finally was able to get some help the purchase went smoothly. Arrived 45 minutes before the store closed. Finally finished with the purchase (purchased a new phone) it felt as if we were being hurried up. Would go back but in the future will most likely order from on line.

I probably spend too much money in here and I have enjoyed shopping at Best Buy for many years. Now with COVID, shopping here is a real pain in the tuches. Today was my first visit here since the COVID and it's like trying to get into Studio 54 in the late 1970's. There is a guy behind a rope at the entrance and you must pass inspection before entering. He was nice enough, but stuff like this really makes a person wonder what the world is coming to.

Placed an online order. Part of the order was ready for curbside pickup the same day. Checked in on the app when I arrived and within a few minutes a consultant came out to advise me that they were preparing my order to bring it out to my car. After a few minutes, they brought my order out and packed the items into my car. Thank you for an awesome service.

The staff and Management are very helpful. They were courteous and quick to address most of my needs. When I asked about a product the gentleman stated that there were no more left but indeed they were. But that's no problem and the shopping experience was excellent!!! Have a blessed day!!!

Darren and Corrine in-store salvaged my view of Best Buy. After working for 24 hours with corporate 1800 number to understand why my refrigerator never arrived the night before- Darren found it and did his best to help solve the problem. It doesn’t make up for it never being picked up by the delivery people. It doesn’t make up for the hours taken to empty cabinets, fridge and freezer, moving furniture to prepare for the fridge deliver (twice). But because of his dedication to problem solving- I’ll buy again- IN THE STORE.
