T-Mobile

Actually I like T-Mobile but where I moved out in the country I could not get a decent signal in my cost kept dropping so I had to change carriers recently after almost 4 years but if you can get a signal where you're at I would recommend T-Mobile!!!

After calling Team Mobile's customer care department numerous times, and never getting resolution to an issue with the Cell Spot that was sent to me, it only took Carmella a phone call and a few minutes to solve the problem. I really appreciate the extra effort she took to make this problem go away.

My phone been off for 16 hours and when I went there they said all iPhones will be off for 1 hour now it’s the next day and my phone is still off

Very pleased with the service I received from Jonathan today. Excellent customer service, very helpful with getting me away from Sprint!

Brad was incredibly helpful and worked with us to get the plan that fits perfectly for my family. Great customer service, he made sure we had all the information up front and helped to process our rebate for us (something our previous carrier refused to help us with). So glad we switched.
